Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
