Ingredients
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1 pound chicken, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
