  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 1 pound chicken, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
