Ingredients
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1 pound smoked beef, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup grape juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook egg noodles until al dente, drain.
- In a bowl combine smoked beef, sour cream, mushroom soup, grape juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in noodles and half the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to greased 9×13 baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
