- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook lasagna noodles until al dente.
- In a bowl combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer three noodles, half the chicken mixture, and half the mozzarella and cheddar.
- Repeat layers, ending with noodles, remaining chicken mixture, and top with remaining cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes, remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until bubbly.
- Let rest 5‑10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a milder version
- reduce the buffalo sauce or mix with a little melted butter. Leftovers reheat well in the oven covered with foil.
